FREE to families new to Groove Baby!

Feel-good babywearing dance classes for parents and caregivers with babies aged from 8 weeks until approx 18 months. No dance experience or rhythm required! Wear or carry your baby, or let them roam around (just not under the feet of other participants!).

Class structure: 30 minutes of movement followed by connection time.
